Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support at hareeshitindustrysithub@gmail.com with your order number.
After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return after receiving the item (see Return & Refund section).
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Some products (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, custom-made or digital products) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return

Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
To replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
